CD REVIEWS: Repugnance (Malta) - "Seeds of Oppression", by Andrew Sick of Sick Reviews

Repugnance - Seeds of Oppression (Anopsys Records)

Repugnance was born in 2012 and is one of the few Death Metal fu***ng bands to emerge from Malta and true to form, delivering a f***ing band of quality with their first Death Metal f***ing act baptized by fire under the damned name of "Seeds of Oppression"! Repugnance is Roderick Mifsud (Vocals), George Gauci (Guitars), Ayrton Muscat (Bass), Konrad Saliba (Drums) and the four sickos are performing a fierce and f***ing violent Death Metal in a brutal uncompromising f***ing quality! Roderick is delivering a great f***ing performance with his f***ing powerful Death Metal vocals including his guttural moments, George on guitars is f***ing awesome, with almost only f***ing great, aggressive and totally f***ing killer riffs creating an evil shitty f***ing atmosphere, same f***ing shit with Ayrton on bass with a lot of outstanding and high level f***ing parts and finally, Konrad on drums is just f***ing perfect with his fast and slower tempos adding to the high f***ing quality of Death Metal Repugnance is delivering! The production of this EP is f***ing excellent, the sound is very good and also the mixing although the bass could have been more forward, it not removing the fact that this f***ing CD sounds like a f****ing ton of religious nutters boiled in a f***ing pot somewhere in Malta! "Seeds of Oppression" with its 5 songs is insanely f***ing enjoyable and shows that its still possible to perform a total powerful Death F***ing Metal with its roots in the Old School and Brutal Death Metal and making an exceptional f***ing release, the only downside to this f***ing shit is having a few rare riffs a bit repetitive and making a couple minutes out of 22 a little bit more boring but still f***ing positive on the devilish atmosphere created! This f***ing shit is recommended to all fans of Death Metal or Brutal Death Metal because of the musical quality that Repugnance is showing to the underground f***ing scene of sickness! F***ing Awesome Blasphemous F***ing Shit! 9/10. [This review was first published by Andrew Sick of Sick Reviews and is used here with his kind permission.]
